Shipping policy
FedEx, UPS and USPS are used whenever possible. However, "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.
When will my order be shipped?
We offer 100% FREE Standard shipping: delivered within 5-8 business days on all orders over $35. Minimum purchase of $35 is required to get FREE shipping or a FLAT fee of $8.99 on orders under $35 will apply.
*Please note all orders will be processed and shipped the same day unless the order is placed after 3 PM Pacific Time. The day the order is shipped does not count as one of the shipping days.
How to Ship to AK, HI
Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via USPS. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes.
Tracking info
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your invoice and tracking number. We have to be notified of undelivered packages within 14 days from the day you placed the order. Please note that tracking number can take up to 24hrs to update in our systems.

Free shipping is offered for US domestic orders only, Currently Carterly Only Ship to USA.
Carterly do not charge any shipping fees unless the order is under $35. We may or may not offer any "Free return label"
