L'eau D'issey (issey Miyake) is a crisp woody aquatic fragrance created by nose Jacques Cavallier in 1994. It is still popular, particularly as a summer scent.
It opens with top notes of yuzu, mandarin orange, lemon verbena, bergamot, sage, tarragon, calone, cypress, and coriander. The heart is rich and spicy with middle notes of nutmeg, saffron, Ceylon cinnamon, blue lotus, mignonette, and geranium.
